Everything we do revolves around the premise that we are in your home. This to us represents the highest standards from our arrival to our departure. We are extremely careful with walls, floors, furniture and any breakable items. We take great care when we move & return any furniture. The bottom line is your home is your castle which we respect greatly.

In most instances, commercial carpets get extensive traffic. If not cleaned properly can result in residues that attract dirt like a magnet. All carpets should be rinsed properly, but commercial carpets due to more traffic will show improper cleaning much faster.

We have cleaned all types of rugs. Silk, cotton, wool, sisal, hemp, vegetable dyed, handmade, blends, grass, nylon, olefin, polypropylene and antique. We treat all rugs with extreme care. Many rugs have a family history behind them which we want to help preserve - not disrupt.

We do both wet and dry cleaning. We clean all types of upholstery whether natural (silk, cotton or wool) to synthetic fibers (nylon, polypropylene, microfiber or blends). We take great care of antique upholstery that have been in families for generations.

Our beloved family members sometimes pose some real challenges in keeping carpets looking and smelling clean. Whether its urine, feces, vomit or blood we use high grade enzymes for their removal. Most carpet cleaners do not understand the biology or chemistry behind organic stain removal - we do.

We have removed 1000s of stains other cleaners said were permanent. Outside of fiber color changes or color lost, we can remove just about any stain. (i.e. urine, blood, ink, paint, feces, food, wine, vomit, body oils, dirt etc...). Knowing what chemistry to use on a particular stain is critical to its removal. This concept is lost with most carpet cleaners because of lack of either education , proper training, not using quality chemicals or believe it or not - not caring.

We are an environmentally conscious company and use safe products & practices in your home or business. We always leave an area we have "cleaned" in a much healthier state.

We have completed literally thousands of flooded buildings from strip malls, warehouses, large churches to small mobile homes, trailers & campers and all homes in between. We are a certified water disaster/structural drying company & mold certified. After 25 years, we have seen first hand many times how an improperly handled flood can result in a costly mold remediation later on in life.
